CIPPE 2015 Beijing Oil Conference is coming during 26th to 28th March, 2015. What equipment to show?
1) Drilling cuttings management system
The system is used to handle the drilling cuttings discharged from shale shaker, desander, desilter or mud cleaner. ( Notice: drilling cuttings discharged from centrifuge cannot be treated by this system). The system including below equipment:
- Vertical Cuttings Dryer / Verti-G dryer: GNCD930C fixed speed & high standard vertical cuttings dryer/ Verti-G dryer.
- Decanter Centrifuge: GNLW363C-VFD variable speed & high speed & high standard centrifuge, which is professional for solids control & drilling waste management.
- Centrifuge feed pump: 7.5kw screw pump
- Centrifuge & vertical cuttings dryer cleaning pump: 7.5kw screw pump
The two same model pump can be backup for each other.
2) Solids Control Equipment
Shale shaker & mud cleaner for first phase, second phase, third phase solids separation.

GNLW452 18inch big bowl centrifuge with 1800rpm middle speed professional for bariter recovery
GNLW553C-VFD 22inch bigh bowl centrifuge with 2500rpm high speed professional for fast cutting mud weight.
With reliable performance equipment and high quality after sales service, GN Solids Control domestic market is growing stably. We get many big orders from COSL (China Oilfield Services limited). They bought one set 17 mud tank mud plant and three sets 1000hp rig mud system in 2014.
