Repeated order means good quality. GN Solids Control, as China leading manufacturer for solids control equipment, gets repeated orders  from old customer. The customer is locally drilling company with over 40 drilling rigs and workover drilling rigs. We know each other for over 3 years; they buy at least one batch equipment from us each year.

Recently, we got big orders for general solids control equipment. The equipment including

1) First phase separation Solids Control Equipment

 

Shale shaker is the first phase separation solids control equipment. GNZS594E-HB  4 panel shaker screen.

2) Second phase separation Solids Control Equipment

Vacuum degasser is used to remove the cutting gas into mud, to balance the property of the mud. GNZCQ270 vacuum degasser is popular. GN degasser is self-contained unit, no need extra pump.

3) Third phase separation Solids Control Equipment

Desander and desilter can be used separately or combined. We can offer both option for flexible demand. If separately, the cost is lower; if combined with deck shaker, the price is higher and also the performance is better.

Except for solids control equipment, we are also professional for drilling waste management equipment, including decanter centrifuge, vertical cuttings dryer (VG dryer), Hi-G dryer (Hi-G shaker), dewatering unit with flocculent unit and dewatering centrifuge. Regarding Thermal desorption unit, it is under research now. This may come out for marketing next year.
