GN Oil Based Drilling Cuttings Dryer System Worked in Xinjiang
Recently, one set of GN oil based drilling cuttings dryer system has been completely commissioned in Xinjiang oilfield. So far, the onsite running condition is satisfactory.
The cuttings dryer system is designed for further treatment of the drilling cutting discharged from primary mud recycling system, so that to recover much more drilling mud and reduce the waste discharge. It can greatly reduce the cost in disposing the waste and save the consumption of drilling mud base liquid. After treating by GN vertical cuttings dryer, the oil content on cuttings could be reduce down to less than 5%.
Drilling Mud Agitators and Motor Starters for Middle East
Recently, GN finished one batch of drilling mud agitators with motor starters for one client from Middle East. Mud agitator is very common equipment used in drilling mud recycling system and mud plant. The main function of the mud agitator is to prevent the sedimentation of solid particles in the mud so that the mud injected into the rig well with good property.
GN mud agitator is adopting the design of direct connecting between electric motor and gear reducer, which make the agitator compact with small footprint on the tank. For the agitator installation and layout on mud tank, GN recommend to place the agitator each 3 meters on the width central line of the mud tank. The shaft length and impeller diameter depend on the mud tank inner size.
Two sets GNLW764 Decanter Centrifuge with 30inch bowl sold to USA for Cons......
GN is going to complete the fabrication of two sets big bowl decanter centrifuge for an American client for construction slurry dewatering treatment.
The model GNLW764 is the largest decanter centrifuge GN can make currently. Client chose this model according to their treating capacity requirement. In the long run, the large model equipment will save the operating cost so as to bring more economic benefit.
GNLW764, the 30 inch bowl diameter decanter centrifuge has been proved with good performance onsite. Last year, GN has already shipped two 2 sets same model decanters to Australia in the plant for coal tailing dewatering.
Vertical Cuttings Dryer and Decanter Centrifuge for Russia Client
This week, one batch of the vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge will be completed the test running in GN factory, and then shipping to Russia for a mud service company. The cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge are key equipment in oilfield mud service project.
Cuttings dryer is a type of separation equipment that mainly used in drilling cuttings management system. The cuttings discharged from the solids control primary shale shaker can be transferred to the cuttings dryer unit for further treatment to recover more drilling fluids.
