B) Total solution for drilling waste management, from first step to last one:
Step 1: High G shaker / vertical cuttings dryer to treat the drilling cuttings discharged from shale shaker
Step 2: waste management Decanter centrifuge to treat the fluids recovered from High G shaker / vertical cuttings dryer.
Step 3: Thermal desorption unit to treat the drilling waste ( solids part) discharged from vertical cuttings dryer.
Step 4: After TDU treatment, the waste can be made into bricks for construction industry.
For water based mud, we can offer cuttings solidification unit to mix the cuttings with chemicals & cement, making it no harmful to environment.
C) Solids control centrifuge is also key equipment. We can offer high speed centrifuge for fine solids separation, middle speed centrifuge for barite recovery, big bowl big volume centrifuge for fast reducing mud weight.
