GNMS-500GL mud recycling system for HDD Trenchless Project

Recently, one set compact GNMS-500GL 500gpm mud recycling system for HDD trenchless project is ready for delivery. The mud system is composed of below parts:
1 unit shale shaker GNZS703E-DZ, feeding from upside - top feed type. Top feed type shaker is short than weir feed type shaker in length, means more compact. This design mainly depends on the industry user habbit and also feeding type for shale shaker. Like in oil drilling, the weir feeding shaker is mostly used and in drilling waste management, hopper feeding shaker is more professional.
1 unit mud cleaner GNZJ703-D1S8N with 1 unit 10’’ desander cone & 8 units desilter cones & 1 down flow shaker. The down flow shaker is same AS GNZS703E-DZ shaker without feeding box.
2 units mud agitator, direct connection, and smaller footprint but require more accurate installation position.
3 units centrifugal pump / sand pump. 1 pump feeding desander cone, 1 pump feeding desilter cone and 1 pump working for mixing hopper, as mixing pump.
