Centrifuge type: fixed speed centrifuge with 2200rpm/2700rpm/3200rpm by change different size pulley with belt.
Centrifuge bowl size: 14inch or 360mm in bowl diameter
Centrifuge treating capacity: 30m3/h or 130gpm, capacity is equivalent to Derrick DE1000 Centrifuge or MI-Swaco 518 centrifuge.
Centrifuge application:
a. Solids Control System for oil drilling rig
It can be used after desilter, as 4th phase separation equipment, to separate the fine solids from 2 to 10 mirons, to lower down density by removing fine solids.
b. Drilling waste management for oil drilling rig
Generally, 1 set vertical cuttings dryer with 1 set centrifuge is also required for treatment of OBM/WBM/SBM drilling cuttings discharged from shale shaker, desander and desilter. In this case, most of the valuable OBM/WBM/SBM can be recovered for reuse.
c. Dewatering unit for water based mud treatment
GNLW363 centrifuge with high speed can also be used together with flocculent unit & coagulation & chemical enhancement, professional for water based mud.
