As the leading manufacturer for drilling mud solids control and drilling waste management equipment, GN Solids Control  developped many customized combination system to fit customer's unique requirements.The following mud cleaning system for the Australia customer is a combination of drilling mud solids control and drilling waste management to reduce the drilling cuttings volume and recovery more valueable drilling fluids.And it's featured compact design allow the customer to handle and intermedia stock the drilling fluids within two mud tanks.

Features of the Solids Control & Drilling Waste Management System

• Combination of Solids Control and Drilling Waste Cutting Treatment to reduce waste.
• Hydraulic Jackup System allows customer to move the system without any big crane.
• Lower Profile and compact design mud tank and equipments to allow users to keep all equipments on the tank while moving from jobsite to jobsite
• It's the most fast-move solids control system.
• Handrails and walkways without folded up at the side of mud tank to make it easier for assembly and disassembly.
• Completed unit including ATEX and IEC cetified explosion electrical control system with double control from tank top and tank side which gives customer the Turn-Key Solustion.
• Self Cleaning Mud Tank Design to allow it easier for tank cleaning after job.

Configuration of the Solids Control Equipment Tank

• One Mud Tank with 13.5x2.5x1.8m size completed with walkways, handrails,clean gate, mud pipelines
• One Shale Shaker GNZS703 Model for primary solids control of solids over 100 microns.
• One Desilter mud Cleaner GNZJ703-8N for Secondary Solids Control to remove solids up to 20 micrions.
• One High Speed decanter centrifuge GNLW363G to separate fine solids of 2-5 Microns.
• Mud Agitators,lighting system, hydraulic jack up legs etc. are included.

Configuration of the Drilling waste management Tank.

• One Mud Tank with 13.5x2.5x1.8m size completed with walkways, handrails,clean gate, mud pipelines
• Drilling Cuttings Transfer conveyor to pick up and transfer the cutting from primary solids control equipment.
• One Shale Shaker GNZS594-HG High G  Model for drying the drilling cuttings from the Primary solids control equipments like shaker and desilter unit.
• One High Speed decanter centrifuge GNLW363G to separate fine solids of 2-5 Microns from the High G dryer shaker compartment.
• Mud Agitators,lighting system, hydraulic jack up legs etc. are included.
• The dewatering unit (Fluccuation System) is as optional to customer for chemically enhanced treatment of the water based drilling fluids.
