GN 500gpm Mud System for Israel Customer
GN Solids Control Co., Ltd is famous manufacturer for compact mud system, specialized used on horizontal directional drilling, coalbed methane exploration, slurry separation plant and water well drilling. Recently, GN Solids just dispatched one set 500gpm mud system to Israel Customer. It will be used to match Vermeer drill rig to conduct horizontal directional drilling job locally.

Relatively speaking, this is higher configuration. With all above equipment, the customer can get a better treating result compared with common configuration equipment. The common config may only include one Mud recycling tank, one double deck shaker, one centrifugal pump and one hopper. For customer with tight budget, common configuration 500gpm mud system is also available.
2. The working principle of GN 500gpm mud system
The beginning point of the mud system is from mud pit where a submersible slurry pump installed. The drilling mud is pumped from the mud pit out to shale shaker. By vibration of shaker screen, most of the sand and stone is cleared out from the drillng mud. Then, the drilling mud will go to Mud cleaner for further treatment. After this step, the drilling mud is clean enough to go back to Vemeer drill rig. The mud recycling tank can reach the job target by itself. But if you need enough drilling fluid to gurantee the working speed, a mud mixing tank may be required. The mud mixing tank can work together with mud recycling tank, to make the drilling mud coutinously cycle and work effeciently.
