GN Dredging Slurry Separation System working principle

The advantage of GN is Solid Control, that is fully shown at this unit dredging slurry separation system. The basic working principle for sludge cleaning up is remove the solid particles from water. In order to make the discharged slurry more drier, we install the steel plate aperture screen on the shaker and de-sander. The apertures on the screen make it high passing rate for liquid. So that the discharged slurry out from this system could be transported directly for next step dispose.

What this 1000GPM dredging slurry separation system could do is to separate the large solids particles from water. To meet high lever enviroment request, still need adding flocculant  into the water to gather the tiny particles, then separate them by a filter press.
