GN Solids Control has recently equipped its Shale Shakers with an anti-splash system and mud cleaner for offshore company.

This anti-splash system is designed to effectively prevent the splatter of drilling mud, enhancing both operational efficiency and safety on offshore drilling platforms.

The GNZS series shale shakers, developed and launched by GN Solids Control, serves as the primary solids control equipment in oil drilling operations. The shale shaker is composed of a base,mud box, vibration springs, vibration motors, and an inlet shaker tank. In response to customer needs, the company offers dual or triplex shaker configurations, along with the necessary connecting manifolds. Additionally, the equipment can be utilized as the base shaker for mud cleaners. The GNZS shale shaker is distinguished by its high vibration intensity, large screening area, adjustable screen box angle, compact structure, outstanding performance, and excellent cost-effectiveness.
