This large-scale order includes 10 units of GNLW453D-VFD Big Bowl Mud Decanter Centrifuges with support systems, 5 sets of GNCD930G Vertical Cuttings Dryer systems, 10 sets of mud feed pumps, and 10 sets of screw conveyors.

The GNLW453D-VFD Big Bowl Mud Centrifuge is engineered for high-capacity fine solids separation. The VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) system allows for precise adjustment of bowl speed and differential speed, optimizing separation performance based on fluctuating feed conditions. The GNCD930G Vertical Cuttings Dryer is a core piece of equipment for drilling waste management. Designed to treat drill cuttings discharged from shale shakers, particularly when drilling with oil-based or synthetic-based mud, it utilizes high-speed centrifugal force to effectively remove residual liquid. This process reduces oil-on-cuttings (OOC) content, recovering valuable drilling fluid for reuse while producing drier solids for easier and more cost-effective disposal.
