2 sets GNLW363CG-VFD Decanter Centrifuge for India market
GN Solids Control participates in centrifuge tender in May this year. After competing with other China brands & US brands. GN Solids Control Centrifuge win the tender. As this year lower oil price, every company is suffering from the situation and they tend to choose more cost-effective products. After 3 months tender period, they choose GN Solids Control brand and give this right to a local oil service company. The local oil service company came to China, visiting our company and releasing order in Oct, 2015. This is not big order for our company, but repeatedly helps to prove the quality and reasonable price of GN Solids Control equipment.
The new order of 2 sets GNLW363CG-VFD centrifuges including below items.
1) 2 sets GNLW363CG-VFD centrifuges, high speed stepless adjustment from 0 to 3200rpm. The centrifuge is used for solids control application. When recovery barite, the user can put it around 1800RPM; when cut mud weight, the user can put it around 2500RPM; When remove very fine solids, the user can put it around 3000RPM.
2) 4 sets screw pump. 2 sets pump for feeding centrifuges, another 2 sets screw pump for backup. At drilling site, time is money. With backup solutions, this can be guarantee and save a lots for drilling.
3) 1 year spare parts for 2 sets centrifuge & 2 sets screw pump. Spare parts is also very important for centrifuge operation. It is better purchase it together when purchase equipment. Spare parts purchased separately may lead to high extra freight cost or project suspending.
Except for this two sets VFD centrifuges, the end user is considering more order of GNLW363CG high speed & fixed speed centrifuges, Vertical cuttings dryer, cuttings solidification units etc.
