The Following mud cleaning system is for Kuwait customer to do water well drilling
- One Combined double deck mud cleaning unit with shale shaker and desilters.
- One mud tanks with handrails,walkways,with compact design for small rigs.
- Tow centrifugal pumps, one for mixing, one for feeding to desilter cones.
- All the completed mud cleaning unit is mounted over a trailer within the limit of the road permisioning in Kuwait.

- Handling Capacity:1000GPM mud cleaning.
- Two mud tank, one recycling tank, one mixing and storage tank.
- Two linear motion GNZS703E-DZ shale shakers and one GNZJ703E-2S12N mud cleaner.
- Three centrigugal pumps, one for desander, one for desilter, and one mixing pump.

About water well drilling mud cleaning unit
A water well is an excavation or structure created in the ground by digging, driving, boring, or drilling to access groundwater in underground aquifers. The well water is drawn by a pump, or using containers, such as buckets, that are raised mechanically or by hand.
Water Wells drilling can vary greatly in depth, water volume, and water quality. Well water typically contains more minerals in solution than surface water and may require treatment to soften the water.
Drilled Water wells are typically created using either top-head rotary style drilling, table rotary drilling, or cable tool drilling machines, all of which use drilling stems that are turned to create a cutting action in the formation, hence the term drilling.
Drilled wells can be excavated by simple hand drilling methods (augering, sludging, jetting, driving, hand percussion) or machine drilling (rotary, percussion, down the hole hammer). Deeprock rotary drilling method is most common. Rotary water well drilling can be used in 90% for formation types.
Depends on the formation of the ground and the drilling depth of the water wells, in may Africa and Middle East areas with desert areas, the water well drilling needs to use drilling fluids to assist the rig to do the job. And this will require the mud recycling and Mixing system to resuse or prepare the drilling mud.
