Water based drilling waste treatment system for Beijing client
GN Solids Control is going to complete a water based drilling waste treatment system for a Beijing client to do oilfield waste management service.
This water based drilling waste treatment system includes following:
1) High G Drying shale shakers
2) Chemical Dosing System
3) Decanter Centrifuge
4) Skid Mounted Mud Tank
5) Feeding Pumps and transfer pumps.
This 40 Feet water based drilling waste treatment system to for handling water based drilling waste. The drilling waste feed to drying shaker for drying the cuttings, and the pump will transfer the fluids with fine solids to feed to the dewatering centrifuge. The chemical dosing system is to mix polymer for injection to the feeding line of dewatering centrifuge. The chemical enhanced technology will improve the separation of the solids for the dewatering centrifuge.
The High Dryer shaker is with G force up to 8.0 G, and the 4 panel shaker screens with composite frame increase the conductance and performance.The GN decanter centrifuge and feed pump is VFD drive which is capable to adjust bowl speed, differential speed, and pump feeding capacity. This allows the operators to select the best parameters for the treatment of different density of drilling fluids.
