Now there is a trend that more and more drilling rig contractors are paying great attention to the effective way of drilling mud recovery these days. One of the most popular newly developed products are vacuum screen unit, short for ViST.

GN Solids Control this month finished one set of triple shaker shaker unit with ViST for one China drilling company. GN made ViST is able to recover over 20-30% more drilling fluids and reduce drilling wastes accordingly to save on the new mud cost and waste transportation.
As for this ViST Vacuum Triple Shaker, they are all fixed on one skid for quick move and transportation. GN made vacuum screen unit is able to connect with 1 to 3 catch pan(s) and thus can be used on 1 to 3 shale shaker(s) accordingly.
Due to GN ViST is driven by air, it can be used in any explosion proof environment. When connected with different nos. catch pans, the air pressure and air flow varies.

Until now, GN Solids Control has been using hundreds of ViST vacuum screens for domestic and international customers, and help drilling contractors save a lot on drilling mud. Furthermore, an effective drilling shale shaker, bring confidence on the afterward solids control equipment or drilling waste management equipment treating.
Besides the vacuum screen, the other big advantage of this triple shaker is GN Solids Control uses one 5 panels shaker, model GNZS595J to enlarge the drilling mud treating capacity while with the same footprint. To keep the drilling mud from splashing, GN Solids Control also provides anti-spraying cover on the shaker to provide a cleaner working sites.
All the shaker screens used on this triple shale shaker is also build by GN in the screen manufacturing plant. GN Solids Control is able to build at least 8,000 pcs screens monthly, and can be doubled or tripled with multi working shifts.
