VFD Decanter Centrifuge Of Waste Management to Nigeria
Solids Control and Waste Management are two most popular topics when speak of drilling mud treating. As a leading solids and liquid separation equipment manufacturer, GN Solids Control has been working on providing drilling waste management systems to global oil and gas drilling service companies for many years. 
This week, GN Solids Control finished manufacturing of 3 sets of VFD decanter centrifuges, 2 sets cuttings dryers with auxiliary skid and screw feeding pumps for a Nigerian client. 

1.GN VFD Decanter Centrifuge
GN 14 inch bowl centrifuge is the most popular one in drilling waste treating industry. And GN Solids Control also provides 18 inch and 22 inch bowl for larger flow rate treating usage. 
When the 14 inch bowl running at high speed, fine particles in the drilling slurry can be removed. Clean drilling mud can be reused by adding new bentonite or barite. 
2.GN Cuttings Dryer
GN cuttings dryer is using in front of the decanter centrifuge, it is usually used to collect the drilling cuttings discharged from shaker, desander and desilter. GN Solids Control has 3 sizes of screen baskets, all made of SS and well checked on dynamic balancing. 
GN cuttings dryer are especially designed to treat OBM and SBM. In some situations, WBM can be also treated although the treating performance varies a lot. 

3.GN Telescopic Skid
All the above 3 sets decanter centrifuges and 2 sets cuttings dryers, GN Solids Control provides telescopic skids to hold them in the right working height. GN made skid company with HSE standard, ladders and guide rails are easy to fold when relocate. 
4.GN Screw Feeding Pump  
Decanter centrifuge needs screw pump to feed drilling mud into the inlet pipe. And it is important to flush thoroughly after every day’s work. 
Cuttings dryer is usually feed by screw conveyor or gravity. While it also need a flushing pump such as the screw pump to clean the screen basket from blocking.
