After 40-day's elaborately producing, the 1st set solids control system for ZJ40 drilling rig was sent to Qinghai oilfield and got into application.

This system includes 8 sets mud tank, 25 sets drilling mud recycling equipments and relative components with the max treating capacity of 240m3/h, while the nominal treating capacity is 200m3/h. It is of structure compact, appearance beautiful, performance well and high matching degree among equipments. Combined theory in design and producing coming from Europe, Austrilia and China standards make it unique in domestic oilfield solids control equipments industry.

Due to the complex geologic structure in Qinghai oilfield, high mud viscosity (aroud 70s) and density (2.0g/cm3), the operation is very difficult. In order to resolve this problem, our technology general engineer personally came to the worksite for installation instructions. More than 30-year working site experience and feedback from other countries in actual operation helped us tackle the difficulty. Eventually, this set solids control system works well as we expected for GN's strength.

At the beginning of designing this set solids control system for ZJ40 drilling rig, as per requirments from client, we designed this system in accordance with export standard. That makes more preparation for our client to start porject in Middle East and West Asia, actually, once we have sent ZJ40 solids control equipments to Turkey.
