Last week, two sets of decanter centrifuges, shale shakers, and one set of Vacuum Degasser have been manufactured and ready to start serving for an solids control project of our Asian market.

For this specific project, GN has meticulously chosen high-quality raw materials for equipment production. Tungsten carbide alloy has been incorporated to the screw blade of the decanter centrifuges to enhance its wear resistance. The decanter centrifuge's outlets for solid and liquid phases are fitted with anti-wear protective sleeves. Furthermore, a hard alloy scraper is in place to safeguard the slag discharge port, while wear-resistant and anti-slip ribs have been incorporated on the inner bowl wall for added protection.
