GN Solids Control is especially good at designing and manufacturing turnkey solids and liquid separation systems. With thousands of successful GN systems running in different countries, GN Solids Control is always able to provide the most cost-effective solution. 
As more and more countries try to protect the environment and have the commitment of carbon neutral, most of the oil companies have the demands to treat oil sludge and get clean oil, liquid and solids.  

GN Solids Control has been providing the Oil Sludge Treating Systems for a long while, such as GN 1 m3/h system for USA environmental company, GN 15 m3/h system for Qatar oil service company, GN 5 m3/h system for Kuwait drilling service company. Today we’d like to share another GN Oil Sludge Treatment Plant we provided for one China client, main components as follow:
1.GN Vacuum Pump
Vacuum pump is effectively used to transfer moveable materials include the large viscosity and high solids content oil sludge from tank bottom, refinery plant etc. 
2.GN Pre-mixing and Heating Tank
Oil sludge is diluted and heated in the pretreating tank, easy to transfer by submersible pump or centrifugal pump to the afterwards shaker. 

3.GN Coarse Shaker
GN coarse shaker removes large particles, equipped with auxiliary components like flushing nozzles and anti-spray cover. All shaker screens are made by GN, tested by USA 3rd party and guarantee the cut point and conductance. 
4.GN 2 Phase Decanter Centrifuge
GN 2 phase decanter centrifuge is largely used to remove finer solids/particles. GN Solids has different bowl sizes of decanter centrifuge, include 14inch, 18inch, 22inch and 30inch, and for this 15 m3/h system GN Solids Control provides a 22 inch bowl.  

5.GN 3 Phase Disc-Centrifuge
After treated by 2 phase decanter centrifuge, slurry is feed into GN 3 phase disc-centrifuge, where oil and water is separated. Chemical dosing unit is also used to provide a better treating performance. 
After treated by GN Oil Sludge Treating System, solids with oil is around 1%-3% from the 2 phase decanter centrifuge, and recovery oil from 3 phase disc-centrifuge only has BS&W less than 3%.
