Mud Treatment Decanter Centrifuge and Mud Recycler to Trenchless Drilling Company
GN Solids Control made solids and liquid separation plants are widely using in different industries, last month GN Solids Control finished manufacturing of another set mud treatment decanter centrifuge GNLW452 and mud recycloer GNMS-1000D for a trenchless drilling company.
1.GN Decanter Centrifuge
Decanter centrifuge is made to remove finer particles from slurry, usually after treated by GN decanter centrifuge solids larger than 2-5 microns can be eliminated.
Here GN Solids Control provides one 18 inch bowl size decanter centrifuge GNLW452D. Max G force can reach to 815 G at 1800 rpm. GNLW452 treating capacity is around 40 m3/h, only driven by one motor. It’s especially good at using in regular slurry treating with a competitive price.
GN Solids Control also has other bowl sizes decanter centrifuges such as 9 inch, 14 inch, 22inch and 30 inch.
The whole rotating bowl is made of centrifugal casting by duplex SS. Solids discharge ports are protected by tungsten inserts, and the inside propeller edge is fixed with hundreds of tungsten carbide tiles for long time usage without weariness.
Chemical dosing unit may be used to provide chemicals to the decanter centrifuge, so even finer particles less than 2-5 microns can be removed. Either power or liquid can be added before feeding into GN decanter centrifuge by dosing pump.
2.GN Mud Recycler
GN Mud Recycler is a compact designed treating unit, mud from TBM, Piling Machine, Boring Machine etc is feed by a submersible pump. Slurry is feed into the GN Mud Recycler’s hydrocyclones, which are able to remove solids larger than 50 microns when use 10 inch cyclones. GN Solids Control also provides 4 inch desilter cyclones for finer solids larger than 25 microns.
GN Mud Recycler GNMS-1000D is used in front of the decanter centrifuge. GNMS-1000D mainly includes double deck shaker, 10 inch cyclones and compact mud tank. By using a double deck shaker it can treat the slurry twice with different API nos. Screens.
