A cost effective transfer pump is vital important in the oil and gas drilling industry especially when move high solids content and large viscosity oil sludge. GN Solids Control made vacuum pump is particularly designed to meet the most tough working environment, now GN has 3 main types includes 10B, 20B and 40B. 

Driven by the air compressor, GN Vacuum Pump can move solids content up to 80%, or can be used to transfer sand or aggregate size materials. GN made mini vacuum pump 5B is the smallest model that most suitable for oil spill recovery in the rig site. 
As we know, oil spill is inevitable in the oil sludge treating process, and it is hard to clean and also takes time. But with the help of GN mini sludge vacuum pump, clean and recover the oil spill is not a headache any more. 
GN mini sludge vacuum pump is a mobile unit, which equipped with a portable suction port connected with flexible hose. There are two control mode: one is manual on and off and the other is automatic by set the 2 timers of the air valves. 

Due to GN vacuum pump is an air driven unit, it can be used in any explosion environment. Usually the vertical distance from the suction port to the material should be less than 8 meters in order to have a better working performance, while the suction distance can be up to 1000 m.
