Three-Stage Separation System

At the heart of the GNTBM-500 lies a comprehensive three-stage separation train:

Stage 1 – Scalping Shaker: Removes coarse particles and large debris from the incoming slurry.

Stage 2 – Desander: Eliminates medium-sized sand particles to protect downstream equipment.

Stage 3 – Desilter: Achieves fine solids removal, delivering clean slurry ready for recirculation.

This integrated approach ensures that the separation process is both efficient and thorough, reducing wear on pumps and extending the service life of the overall system.

Integrated Storage and VFD Control

The GNTBM-500 incorporates built-in slurry storage tanks and variable frequency drive (VFD) control, which provides smooth start-up, precise flow regulation, and significant energy savings.
