GN Solids Control is pleased to announce the successful delivery of the GNTBM-500 Underground Engineering Slurry Separation Plant to a valued client in Asia. This advanced system is specifically engineered for underground engineering applications such as slurry shield tunneling, pipe jacking, and diaphragm wall construction, where efficient and reliable slurry management is critical to project success.

The GNTBM-500 is designed to deliver a robust processing capacity of 500 cubic meters per hour, ensuring continuous and effective treatment of excavated slurry. This high-throughput capability makes it an ideal solution for medium to large-scale underground construction projects requiring consistent separation performance.

Three-Stage Separation System

At the heart of the GNTBM-500 lies a comprehensive three-stage separation train:

Stage 1 – Scalping Shaker: Removes coarse particles and large debris from the incoming slurry.

Stage 2 – Desander: Eliminates medium-sized sand particles to protect downstream equipment.

Stage 3 – Desilter: Achieves fine solids removal, delivering clean slurry ready for recirculation.

This integrated approach ensures that the separation process is both efficient and thorough, reducing wear on pumps and extending the service life of the overall system.

Integrated Storage and VFD Control

The GNTBM-500 incorporates built-in slurry storage tanks and variable frequency drive (VFD) control, which provides smooth start-up, precise flow regulation, and significant energy savings. The VFD technology also enhances operational stability and allows the system to adapt to varying slurry conditions in real time.

Modular Design for Rapid Deployment
