GN Solid Control is proud to introduce the GNLW454GT Mud Dewatering Centrifuge, a key solution engineered for the efficient treatment of hydrovac slurry and directional drilling mud.

This robust decanter centrifuge is central to waste management systems designed for projects involving hydroexcavation and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). The primary application is processing the soil, slurry, or "soup" generated during these operations. The goal is effective liquid and solids separation, which transforms the waste stream into reusable solid material for construction applications and clean water suitable for discharge.

The slurry treated typically originates from non-contaminated sources. These include physical utility work within public right-of-ways and directional drilling projects for the installation of underground pipes, utilities, and other private construction activities.

The GNLW454GT centrifuge is provided as a comprehensive, modular system to enhance operational efficiency. The module features a telescopic skid for secure and accessible mounting of the decanter centrifuge. It is also equipped with a catch tank for the collection of centrifuged discharge water and a centrifugal pump to facilitate easy water transfer for subsequent use or disposal.
