GN Will Show Compact De-sanding Unit at ITTC 2017
ITTC (International Trenchless Technology Conference) is mainly organized by CSTT and ISTT. In China, It is a top event in the field of trenchless. This meeting has already been held in turn in north China, east China and south China for 20 times. This time the meeting will be held in Suzhou again, and it will provide a platform for China trenchless technology and management personnel, equipment and tool manufacturers, project owners, design organizations and engineering contractors to comprehensive understand the development of cutting-edge trenchless technology at home and abroad, as well as the international exchange of trenchless technology.
This show has an exhibition area of 6000 m2. All exhibitors are top equipment and instrument manufacturers, material suppliers, contractors from China, Germany, Japan and other countries. More than 60 exhibitors will conduct to show new products, new materials and new technology.

GN is not only able to provide the normal solids control equipment, but also the complete mud recycling system for no-dig drilling. With several years’ development, GN now has mud recycling unit of both high configuration and economic configuration.
GN self-contained mud recycling system – this mud system is designed for larger capacity trenchless drilling projects. It has all necessary mud treating equipment like shale shaker, hydro cyclone unit, mud tanks and mud mixing unit. This system has functions of mud recycling, mud storage and mud re-configuration.
GN economic compact de-sanding unit - for some smaller capacity drilling, or to meet customers’ request on cost saving purpose, GN designed the de-sanding unit composed by de-sander and a under located buffer mud tank. The de-sanding unit could do 2 steps mud recycling, thus it is an ideal solids removing unit for TBM drilling projects. It is very compact design, by connecting with extra mud tank and a mixing hopper skid, the de-sanding unit would be upgraded to a self-contained mud recycling unit.
