Several weeks ago, GN Solids Control delivered some sets telescopic skid mounted cuttings dryers and centrifuges to one International Oilfield Service company. Here are the main equipment:

1.GN Telescopic Skid Mounted Cuttings Dryers
GN Cuttings Dryers are especially designed to treat OBM and SBM. After treated by GN Cuttings Dryer, oil on the final cuttings is less than 5%. 
GN Cuttings Dryer is using Stainless Steel screen basket in 3 openings: 0.25 microns, 0.35 microns and 0.50 microns. Automatic oil lubrication system can bring oil to the rotator’s driven bearing and keep the screen basket running smoothly.
Air knife system and flushing nozzles are fixed inside the shell to keep the screen basket and discharge ring from blocking.   
GN Solids Control in 2014 has provided to Baker Hughes Russia 4 sets cuttings dryers and they are still running very well. 
All these cuttings dryers are provided with telescopic skid, so the working height can be adjusted conveniently. A lifting crane is optional for maintenance as the screen basket might need to change after use some time. 

2.GN Telescopic Skid Decanter Centrifuges
GN Decanter Centrifuges are widely seen in world wide oilfield for solids control, barite recovery. 
GN centrifuge rotating bowl is made by SS2203 04 SS2304 by centrifugal casting. Screw propeller is protected by tungsten carbide tiles. GN Centrifuge is only famous brand electrical components such ABB, Yaskawa etc. 
These centrifuges GN Solids Control provided are 14 inch size bowl centrifuge. Explosion proof control box suits for Zone 1 or Zone 2 can be provided by GN.
