In this drilling mud solids control system, GN Solids Control provides these below equipment:
1.    Mud Tank, Centrifugal Pump and Mud Hopper
GN Solids Control provides 3 skid mounted mud tanks: shaker tank, centrifuge tank and mud mixing tank. All the other auxiliary equipment like centrifugal pumps and mud hoppers are also provided by GN.
2.   Double Deck Shale Shaker
GN double deck shale shaker GNSZ706J is one effective separating unit for coarse solids removal with 6 pcs screens fixed on it. With this double deck shake, GN Solids take full use of the compact working space but keeps a larger treating flowrate.

3.    Vacuum Degasser
Vacuum degasser GNZCQ270 is used to remove bubbles from the drilling mud, so the cyclones, centrifugal pumps can be well protected from cavitation. GN Vacuum Degasser sometimes can be also use as a big drilling mud mixing unit.
4.    Desander and Desilter
Desander GNWSJ-2S and Desilter GNZS752-12N is classified by the size of the cyclones. They are used to remove finer particles from the drilling mud after treated by shale shaker.

5.    Decanter Centrifuge
GN Decanter Centrifuge GNLW363 with a 14-inch rotating bowl can remove the finest particles above 2-5 microns so clean drilling mud can be recovered under a middle or high rotating speed.
