GN Solids Control, a globally renowned professional manufacturer of drilling mud solids control equipment and liquid mud plant, has officially completed the delivery of a high-end Rapid Deploy Liquid Mud Plant for Baker Hughes, the world’s leading oilfield service giant. This successful cooperation fully recognizes GN Solids Control’s superior product quality, sophisticated manufacturing capability and reliable project delivery efficiency in the international high-end oil and gas market.

GN Solids Control officially received the liquid mud plant order from Baker Hughes in April 2026. To adapt to the harsh operating conditions, frequent site relocation and complex field environments in core Middle East oil-producing areas, our team optimized the overall structure and operational performance of the equipment in strict accordance with international oilfield industry standards. After elaborate manufacturing, rigorous testing and professional commissioning, the complete set of equipment was successfully delivered on schedule in July 2026.

The delivered 7700bbl Rapid Deployment Liquid Mud Plant is composed of 18 sets of portable 40HQ mud storage tanks, 4 sets of diesel-driven mobile centrifugal pumps and complete supporting accessories. Featuring rapid assembly and disassembly, flexible transportation, stable operation and low maintenance cost, the equipment is perfectly tailored for frequent migration and efficient field drilling operations in Middle East oilfields. As a key milestone of GN Solids Control’s international layout, this project further consolidates our brand influence in the global high-end solids control industry, empowering global energy exploration with premium GN Solids Control Equipment and Liquid Mud Plant.
