GN Sales Team Outward Bound --- a Journey of Enlightenment
In order to feel the nature and strengthen the cohesion among all the team members, GN sales team had an outward bound last week. It was really a good experience to open everyone’s mind, to close to the nature, and to know each other much better in the team.
A Journey of Relaxing
As one department of the company, especially for a manufacturer and supplier, sales team is one of the most important departments of the company. It could bring orders to the company, collect marketing information, and even suggest company R&D department to upgrade the products according to clients’ feedback. Everyone in GN sales team spend most of the time on working, however, lift is not all for working. Leave the job and get into the nature for a relaxing would bring something unexpected for us. Alternating work with rest will greatly increase the working efficiency, and we also get the time to enjoy the life.
An Experience of Sharing
Some guys in GN sales team just joined us for not too long time; they need a chance to learn more about other guys in the team and they need show themselves to the team. One excellent team is not only a simple gathering of persons; it should be a complex combination. Here everyone will do what they are good at, share what they have. No matter what position they take in the team, they are indispensable for the whole team. Everyone communicated with each other and everyone found something new worthy for learning from each other. Open your mind, you will also find different yourself.
A Sublimation of Thought
GN team had a series games like finding the treasure, falling with back downward and electric wire escape. All this games request team spirit. All members have to finish the activities within a limited time. It is really a simulation on solving the actual problems in one’s life. To be a member of one team, if you cannot change the team, then change yourself. Focusing on same target, do the best with less complain and more responsibility, then all difficulties would be overcome.
GN sales team still need do more to become an excellent team. So long as we have the faith for successful, it is believed that that day will not be far away.
