GN New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (“GN New Chem”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hebei GN Solids Control Co., Ltd. (brand: GN Solids Control), is expanding its capabilities as an integrated provider of environmental materials, specialty chemicals and technical services.

Located in Dachang, Langfang, Hebei Province, the GN New Chem facility covers approximately 13,000 square metres, including around 2,000 square metres of office space. The site brings together research and development, manufacturing, product storage, technical support and commercial operations, providing a solid foundation for serving both domestic and international markets.

GN New Chem concentrates on four principal business sectors: Wastewater Treatment Chemicals, Oil Sludge Treatment Chemicals, Drilling Fluid Chemicals and Oil & Gas Production Chemicals. Rather than supplying chemicals as isolated products, the company develops practical treatment programmes around the specific conditions of each project. Feed composition, water quality, equipment configuration, operating parameters and treatment targets are carefully evaluated before a solution is recommended.

Laboratory testing plays a central role in this process. GN New Chem has established dedicated R&D and analytical laboratories, supported by a pilot testing workshop, partner manufacturing facilities and warehousing infrastructure. Through sample analysis, formulation screening, compatibility testing and process simulation, the technical team identifies suitable combinations of chemicals, equipment and operating procedures. This approach helps customers reduce implementation risks and achieve more consistent, reliable and commercially viable results.

A new corporate showroom is also being developed alongside the technical facilities. It will present the company’s product portfolio, laboratory capabilities, application experience and integrated solutions in a clear and systematic way. Designed as more than a conventional display area, the showroom will serve as an important platform for customer visits, technical discussions, sample evaluation and business cooperation.

The standardised production site, R&D centre and brand exhibition space are currently being completed in phases. As these facilities continue to develop, GN New Chem will further strengthen its integrated “chemicals + equipment + solutions” service model and enhance its capacity to provide efficient, dependable and application-oriented support to customers worldwide.
