By using GN Hydrovac Slurry Treating system, our clients can get seleable solids which are aggregates, sands, silts etc, meanwhile recovered water can be used to flush the hydrovac trucks or be used again after futher treating in hydrovac digging. GN Solids Control has standard hydrovac slurry treating systems that can treat 20 truck loads to 100 truck loads every day. Here are the main treating component in GN Hydrovac Slurry Treating System:

1.GN Catch Hopper
A big catch hopper receive the hydrovac truck carried waste, hold the big stones by a welded net, rest of the slurry fall into the bottom coarse shaker.
2.GN Coarse Shaker
Fixed with openning mesh shaker screens, GN coarese shaker remove agrregates, which can be used for grinding construction materilas. 
3.GN Fine Shaker & De-silter
Sands and siltes are removed, based on the material difference, we will assemble different mesh screens. To keep the treated slurry from sidement, mud agitator is necessary. 
4.GN Decanter Centrifuge
As the key treating equipment in GN Hydrovac Slurry System, GN decanter centrifuge remove fine particles which are above 2-5 microns. GN made decanter centriufuge are especially customized to treat high solids content hydrovac slurry. A chemical dosing unit may be added based on the final treating demands. 
5.GN Mud Tank
