GN Decanter Centrifuge System for Africa Oilfield Waste Water Treatment
We are pleased to highlight the deployment of a specialized GN Decanter Centrifuge System for oilfield wastewater treatment at a project in Africa.

Mixing Module: Ensures optimal conditioning of the wastewater feed for effective separation.
Decanter Centrifuge Module: The core separation unit, utilizing high G-force to efficiently separate solids from liquids.
Chemical Dosing Module: Provides precise addition of flocculants or other treatment chemicals to enhance separation performance.
Clean Water Recovery & Transfer Module: Handles the conveyance of clarified water for safe disposal or potential reuse, closing the treatment loop.
At the heart of the system is GN's advanced centrifuge technology. While the decanter centrifuge has operated on a consistent principle since the 19th century, GN elevates this proven technology through modern innovation. We design our centrifuges—including both two-phase decanters and three-phase models—around specific separation tasks and client requirements. The use of resilient, high-quality construction materials significantly enhances durability and performance in demanding applications.

A key GN advantage lies in our in-house control expertise. We operate a dedicated branch for designing PLC and electrical control systems. This vertical integration allows us to implement superior electrical components and sophisticated control technology.
