GN just finished the commissioning successfully of 500GPM drilling mud processing unit in NSW, Australia. This mud cleaing unit was used in HDD (horizontal directional drilling) and it is a 3 phase cleaning unit with shale shaker, desander and desilter for a better performance.

 

 

This unit mud processing system is designed hydraulic jackup leg. It would raise up by the 4 hydraulic driven legs so that the trailer could get into under the mud tank for easy transportation. GN could also offer trailer mounted mud cleaning unit. 

 

To meet customers' high level request, GN would provide explosion proof motor and control panel of IEC Ex and ATEX standard. In Australia, the customer there always has this request.
