GN Solids Control is pleased to announce the successful shipment of multiple drilling fluids solids control centrifuge units to an overseas drilling company. This order demonstrates our capability to provide tailored solutions for different drilling applications, ranging from mineral exploration to oil drilling and trenchless technology.

The shipment includes the following equipment:

Two units of diesel engine-driven hydraulic decanter centrifuge GNLW223D-FHD – These units are specifically designed for exploration core drilling projects. The hydraulic drive allows operation without an electrical power supply, making them ideal for remote field locations where power access is limited.

One unit of 363D-VFD decanter centrifuge – This decanter centrifuge is supplied for an oil drilling project, providing fine solids removal and fluid recovery for petroleum drilling operations.

One unit of shale shaker GNZS593 together with one unit of GNLW363D centrifuge – This combination is intended for mud treatment in trenchless drilling (HDD) applications. The shale shaker performs primary solids removal, while the centrifuge handles fine particle separation.

This diversified shipment reflects GN Solids Control’s ability to address the specific requirements of different drilling sectors, including core drilling, oil and gas exploration, and horizontal directional drilling. Each unit is manufactured according to industry standards and configured to meet the operational needs of the overseas client.
