Decanter Centrifuge of chemical engineering projects for China client
GN Solids Control has been providing solids and liquid separation systems for many years, this week GN Solids Control finished manufacturing of one set decanter centrifuge system for a China client who will use it in chemical industry. 
GN Solids Control builds different sizes of decanter centrifuges, includes 14 inch, 18 inch, 22 inch and 30 inch bowl. With this years fast development, GN Solids Control is able to provide over 200- 300 sets decanter centrifuges to worldwide clients. 

With more and more companies to answer the China government’s call and protect the environment, GN Solids Control receives more and more inquiries on decanter centrifuges. GN Solids Control manufactures 3 different types, includes T series, Y series and C series which are specially designed to use meet different slurry’s treating requirements. 
GN T series decanter centrifuge, half beach angle is 8.5 degree, it is mainly used to dewatering drilling mud, oil sludge, mineral water, soda white mud etc. And GN Y series decanter centrifuge is mainly designed to separate two different phases of materilas, it has a 15 degree half cone angle. While the C series decanter centrifuge’s half beach angle is 20 degree, it is mainly used to clarify edible oil, protein, fish oil etc. 

As for this chemical slurry treating centrifuge, it is a 22 inch bowl T series decanter centrifuge. It is fixed on the top of a skid mounted telescopic stand. One chemical mixing tank is fixed underneath the centrifuge to collect the discharged fluid, and one screw conveyor collect the discharged solids and move them in to a cuttings box. 
VFD control box is fixed on the stand, all centrifuge running parameters can be changed conveniently on the HMI, and running status or alarms can be also monitored easily from it. 
To get better treating performance, GN Solids Control can provide chemical dosing unit which fixed with multiple feeding screw pumps as an option.
