CIPPE 2016 is around the corner. All suppliers in this industry, no matter equipment manufacturer or service provider, are busy in preparing for this event. Believe thousands visitors would be there to see what new technologies was developed. Buyer would be here to find the new cooperation partner.
These days, GN Solids Control has been doing the job to finish the fabrication of the equipment would be showed at the show. Now, all the items are packed waiting for delivery. We would like to firstly share few pictures on what equipment GN will show, hope it is helpful for any visitors who want come to GN’s booth for a look.

Main Equipment for Drilling Cuttings Management

1. GNLW363D-VFD installed on a frame skid, which is GN designed modular type waste centrifuge. This centrifuge is the latest version of GN’s centrifuge; compact structure makes it more convenient for actual application.
2. GNCD930E vertical cuttings dryer is also the most new model. With rich onsite application experience and feedback from clients, GN made many upgrades on this unit. The door design of observation hole is much better than ever before. Unloading is much smooth. This unit is also fixed on a frame skid for customer’s consideration on easy layout. This new version dryer unit can use for both WBM and OBM cuttings treatment.

3. GNZS594G high G force drying shaker removed the feeding hopper with replaced the shaker deck is much longer and has a sloping deck wall, which reduced the feeding height, easy for cuttings feeding from the screw conveyor. This drying shaker could run as linear and elliptical motion as per customer’s request.

Other Equipment for Various Industries

Besides the above equipment and modular package for drilling waste cuttings management, GN also will show there some other equipment used in other industries for liquid and solids separation.
1. Full series GN C version decanter centrifuge, GNLW223 with 9 inch bowl widely used in diamond core drilling for fine solids separation. GNLW363C is the best seller in GN’s production line, and it has been used in everywhere of GN’s market area. There are also the units of 18 inch and 22 in that can be used in dewatering system.

2. Double deck shale shakers with 2 layers screen panels could greatly reduce the footprint of the equipment. This is typically for the worksite with limited area or budgetary limited projects. Visitors could also find GN's 4 panels screen mud cleaner at the show.
3. The economic designed de-sanding unit for piling project is also going to be shown there. By connecting with extra mud tanks and even a jet mud mixer unit, these equipments could be used as a self-containerized mud system for HDD projects.
