Several weeks ago, GN Solids Control provides some decanter centrifuges and screw conveyors to a waste water treating company. This customer is an environmental protection company, they collect waste water from different manufacturing plants. 
Here are the main treating equipment we provide to this Waster Water Treatment Company.

1.GN Decanter Centrifuge
GN Solids Control manufactures different models of decanter centrifuges, include 9 inch, 14 inch, 18 inch, 22 inch and 30 inch bowl centrifuge. For this waste water treating company, GN Solids Control provides one 18 inch bowl decanter centrifuge GNLW454EP, which is especially designed for dewatering with the special designed angle of 11 degree.
Working parameters such as the bowl rotating speed, differential speed etc, as well as running status and alarms can be shown on the HMI of GN centrifuge’s VFD box.
Depend on the material that feed, GN Solids Control provides customized driven motors for the centrifuges, which means even for the same 18 inch centrifuge of EP model, GN Solids Control provides the best centrifuge fit customers’ demand. 

2.GN Screw Conveyor
As one of the effective transfer equipment, GN Screw Conveyor mainly used to move materials with a high solids content. This time GN Solids Control provides 2 sets conveyors，both of them are fixed with water flushing pipes.
GN has standard length screw conveyors for customers to choose, meanwhile GN Solids Control also provides customized lengths screw conveyors. 

In order to resist weariness, GN screw conveyor’s flights are made of Mn Steel, wear-resistant coatings can be also sprayed to extend the using life. 
For quick repair, GN Solids Control uses NSK or FAG brands bearings for the screw conveyor.
