The GNSL series Jet Mud Mixer, also known as a mud mixing hopper unit, is specialized equipment designed for the preparation and weighting-up of drilling fluids. It efficiently adds and mixes materials like bentonite to precisely change the fluid density, adjust mud viscosity, and improve dehydration performance. The mixing effect is significantly more prominent when the unit is matched with a GN Shear Pump.

Functioning as a key component within a complete solids control system, the GN Jet Mud Mixing Hopper Unit is widely used in both petroleum drilling and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations. The standard unit integrates a sand pump, a Venturi mud mixing hopper, and associated piping and valves, all securely mounted on a single skid base. This design ensures safe and stable operation while allowing for convenient relocation on the drill site.

Furthermore, GN can customize solutions to meet specific project demands. For instance, we can manufacture a Twin-Hopper Unit equipped with two pumps based on user requirements.
