2 Sets 1000GPM HDD Mud Cleaning System for Australia Customer
We are excited to announce the successful shipment of two sets of our 1000GPM (approximately 240 cubic meters per hour) HDD Mud Cleaning Systems to a valued client in Australia. Each system is meticulously configured to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in demanding drilling environments. The core components of each unit include:
An 11.5-meter Mud Tank: Serving as the central hub for the drilling fluid circulation and treatment process.
Two Double-Deck Shale Shakers: Acting as the primary and crucial stage of solids control. These shakers are vital for removing large drill cuttings and protecting downstream equipment. At GN, we understand that the shaker's performance significantly impacts the entire system's effectiveness. We offer flexible designs, including custom-built double or even triple shaker modules on a single skid with integrated manifolds to meet specific project needs. Our range includes advanced third-generation linear motion and fourth-generation balanced elliptical motion shakers, known for their high screening efficiency and reliability.
Two Desander Cyclones: For the efficient removal of medium-sized solids.
Ten 5-inch Desilter Cyclones: Providing fine solids separation to maintain the desired properties of the drilling fluid.
Three Sand Pumps: Ensuring consistent and powerful fluid transfer throughout the system.
One Mud Mixing Hopper: For the controlled and efficient addition of drilling fluid additives.
One Mud Agitator: Essential for maintaining uniform suspension of solids in the mud tank, preventing settlement.
