GN Solids Control is a leading shale shaker, desander, desitler and mud cleaner manufacturer based in Langfang, China. GN Solids Control provided another 3 sets of drilling mud cleaners for a Chinese drilling company last week. 
All these 3 mud cleaners are GNZJ594F-3S16N, fixed with 4 panels shaker screens, treating capacity is 360 m3/h. GN mud cleaner is a 3 in 1 compact unit, bottom shaker fixed with 10 inch cyclones and 4 inch cyclones. 

GN Solids Control mud cleaner is liner motion shale shaker driven by 2 vibrators, either Italy OLI or USA Martin brand. Shaker deck can be adjusted by a lever to rotate the lifting device on the side of the shaker frame in order to get different moisture drilling solids. GN mud cleaner is able to remove solids larger than 55 microns and 25 microns by the 10 inch cyclones and 4 inch cyclones separately. 
Vacuum screen catch hopper connected with GN ViST can be added to the mud cleaner in order to recover more drilling mud. One GN ViST can match with 3 shale shakers with 3 catch pans accordingly.
