Trenchless is also called No Dig which is a kind of technology to lay the pipe line of gas or petroleum underground or repairing the existing broken pipes without digging the surface ground. Before laying the pipes, the contractor need do some drilling job which is always named horizontal directional drilling as this type project is often cross the river, road, mountain, remote area horizontally underground from one side to the other by using the HDD drilling rig. As we know, the HDD rig will need the mud mixing system to make the drilling fluids during drilling process.

The ordered mud mixing system is already finished the fabrication and waiting for delivery. A self-contained mud cleaning system is consisting of mud recycling and mud mixing. For this client, GN ever provided a complete mud system which has all the equipment including mud mixing system installed on one mud tank. For longer drilling distance, a larger volume of mud tank is needed to store sufficient drilling mud. On consideration of this, client ordered a larger single mud mixing system from GN. GN is also glad to supply this to the client, as it means client got bigger contract. Congratulations to the client.

As per client’s requirement, this trenchless mud mixing system is designed to 2 mud tanks each one is 60 cubic meters volume capacity. All necessary equipment for mud mixing like mud agitators and mud guns are equipped, as well a single skid jet mud mixing unit for adding chemicals. Besides the rectangular shape mud tanks, GN now can also provide the cylinder mud tanks which are widely used in mud plant project.

Since the very beginning of foundation, GN solids control has supplying the trenchless mud mixing system for nearly ten years. In the developing progress of GN, the mud system for piling and TBM were also developed. Nowadays, GN is also able to provide the large capacity TBM slurry separation plant up to 3600 cubic meters.
