Due to drilling cuttings have high solid content, poor fluidity, large solid particles and strong abrasive, conventional pump can not meet the needs of drilling cuttings transportation. Although screw conveyor can be used for horizontal transportation, there are many inconveniences, such as long time installation, large floor area, and liquid backflow when working under inclined angle.
GN Drilling Cuttings Transfer Pump is specially developed to solve the drilling cuttings transportation problem. GN Cuttings Transfer Pump uses hydraulic cylinder and S-type distribution valve, which is popular in international machinery industry, to transport drilling cuttings in S-type distribution valve through reciprocating motion of hydraulic cylinder. All technical performances and in site feed backs are good. This pump is a kind of transferring equipment which can transport injecting high solid materials to the destination site through pipeline.
GN Drilling Cuttings Pump is widely used to move cuttings occurred in oil exploitation, trenchless field, river dredging and some other drilling activities. Materials like mortar, mud, coal slime, sludge and other semi fluid can be also transferred effectively.
