This system was delivered last week. It's for another Australian client. We disucssed technique proposal since August. After their visiting us in September, they placed the order. They use the fluid system on both HDD and coal seam methane drilling. This system is "decided" by client but manufactured by GN. Why? There are so many special requirements to cater to their actual usage conditions. And we configure it out and satisfy them. How about this system? Please find it as below:

Configuration on GN 500 gpm drilling fluid system

I. 2 tanks(8000x2300x1800mm), one is for recycling, the other is for mixing or storage
II. GNZS83-3 Linear motion shaker and GNZJ83-3 Mud cleaner, each holds capacity up to 615GPM
III. 2 Mud mixing pump, one is on the same skid of recycling tank, the other is on separated skid for convenienience on movable usage.
IV. Match high pressure cleaning gun to clean the mud tanks and equipments
V. Other equipments for assistance on fluid processing or mixing
VI. Customized design on electric control and pipelines, etc.

Powerful treating capacity with compact structure. As well as large quantity of clean mud. The clean mud capacity up to 2300Gallons that means after processing the clean mud will be 62% of recycling tank capacity.

Then we make an extra  control panel(with 20m cable from the unit) in the drillers panel with control for the desander pumps,desilter pumps,and submersible pumps only.Because other equipments will not need to control for emergency.All equipments also can be controlled in the mud recycling unit. This permits more convenience to the driller
