Mud Recycling Equipments for Trailer Mounted Mud System to Saudi Arabia
The request for drilling mud recycling equipments aroused greatly from Middle East. One customer from Saudi Arabia placed order to GN for 1 set complete package mud recycling equipments for 1200GPM trailer mounted mud system used for HDD.
This customer from a very large Group company which is renowned locally, they have their own manufacture facility. By making little modification in the drawing offered by GN Solids Control,the trailer mounted mud system was made.
The equipments contained in the system listed below:
3 units Shale Shaker for removing large size drilling cuttings
1 unit Mud Cleaner
4 units Mud Agitator
1 unit Jet Mud Mixer hopper used to add and mix mud material
Right now, their project goes well and customer saved much cost by recycling drilling mud. Feedback from our customer shows that GN equipments performs well, and they are going to give repeated order for the upcoming project.
