CPP, short for China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau, is the China largest Horizontal Directional Drilling Contractor. As CPP generally mud system supplier, we have cooperated with CPP for over 5 years and CPP have bought over 30 sets drilling mud system from GN Solids Control by now. Recently, we are producing 4 sets GN 1000gpm Mud Recycling System for them. 2 sets is ready for delivery, another 2 sets is still under production.

GN 1000gpm Mud Recycling Centrifuge System for CPP Mud recovery

This is customized centrifuge system for HDD mud recovery. The four stage mud separation system can reach up to 1000gpm. Below is brief introduction of the customized mud system.

• 1 X GNZJ705-2S mud desander cleaner, with 5pcs shaker screen double deck shale shaker GNZS705 & 2pcs 10inch desander hydrocyclone cones. This is compact design / combination of shale shaker & mud cleaner (desander), which are the first stage and second stage mud treatment.

• 1 X GNZJ705-12N mud desilter cleaner, with 5pcs shaker screen double deck shale shaker & 12pcs 4inch desilter hydrocyclone cones. This is compact design / combination of shale shaker & mud cleaner ( desilter), which are the first stage and third stage mud treatment.
• 2 X GNLW452-VFD middle speed centrifuge , this is the four stage separation machine. As the mud system is designed with bigger capacity 1000gpm, we match 2 sets decanter centrifuge to reduce mud weight and get better performance. The recycled drilling mud after centrifuge can be more clean and suit for deeper drilling.
• 2 X 20feet container size mud tank, which is fit for the 20feet long vehicles. The mud tank have two mud agitator for two compartment to avoid mud settle down.
• 2 X steel frame for fast installation, the frame base dimension is same as top of the mud tank size. This can help customer to move and mount the upper side equipment.

Extended reading:

1) The 2 sets mud desilter cleaner and mud desander cleaner is equal to 2 sets shale shaker & 1 set desander machine & 1 set desilter machine, but the this design is more compact with much smaller footprint.

2) Other popular GN centrifuge model: GNLW363CG fixed speed centrifuge & GNLW363CG-VFD variable speed centrifuge. This centrifuge is GN high speed centrifuge (3200rpm), which is professional for solids control & drilling waste management & dewatering unit. With the flexible adjustable speed from 0 to 3200rpm and flexible adjustable differential speed from 25 to 45RPM, the user can match the most proper data for different project.
