After one month hard work, the drilling waste management system to Russia is ready for commissioning. Before delivery, we test the separate equipment working performance first, then connect the whole system and test with hydraulic water, test the screw pump, submersible slurry pump, centrifuge, and vertical cuttings dryer in the total system. Meanwhile, the electrical control panel, wire cables connections, pipe connections is also tested at same time.  After the system quality is approved by QC dept, we put the drilling waste management into 2 ea 40 feet high cube container and dispatch to Russia.

Last year, International oil service giant Baker Hughes buy 4 sets drilling waste management system and the high quality working performance is verified early of this year. The drilling waste management system model No: GNCM-40A. All the equipment install on one skid, no need disassembly during inland transportation, much convenient for use. All the system can be divided into 3 parts. First part is vertical cuttings dryer installation skid, last part is waste management decanter centrifuge installation tank, the middle part is mud storage and transfer tank, which store the clean drilling mud from vertical cuttings dryer and then transfer to decanter centrifuge for treatment.

1) Vertical cuttings dryer: GNCD930C-VFD is the latest vertical cuttings dryer model professional for treatment of OBM/SBM/WBM drilling cuttings drying treatment. Under fixed speed model, the speed can be 900rpm or 1200rpm by change pulley with belt; Under variable speed model, the speed can be adjusted continuously from 0 to 1200rpm with PLC control panel, positive pressurized VFD control panel. The G force can be 750 @1200rpm, which is much higher than other competitors. Performance is surely much better.

2) Waste management centrifuge: GNLW363CG-VFD is the latest model centrifuge. Based on 1st generation and 2nd generation model centrifuge, GN 3rd generation centrifuge shows much better performance when deal with much heavy mud with high solids content.
