GN Solids Control just finished the production for 3 Sets 1000 HP drilling rig solids control system for a drilling company in Europe, the client purchased one set of 750 HP oil drilling rig solids control system from GN. This 3 sets mud system is the repeat order for this client.

The 3 sets solids control system include following equipment:

• Three Shale Shaker Tank with 6 Shale Shakers, 3 Mud Cleaner, 3 vacuum degasser.
• One  Centrifuge Tank with one middle speed decanter centrifuge and one high speed decanter centrifuge.
• One active mud tank with agitators and mud guns.
• One suction mud tank with mud agitators and mud guns.
• One Mixing Tank with mixing hoppers and mixing pump.

So totally, actually, the solids control systems include one complete set 1000 HP oil rig mud system and two extra shaker tank with 3 phase solids control equipment.

As these solids control systems are exported to Europe market, all motors and electric control panels are required to be ATEX certified and all machines need to be CE certified. GN Solids Control is one of the few companies in China who hold those certificates.
