GN Solids Control trenchless branch business just finished the production of two sets GNMS-500B mud cleaning Unit for trenchless drilling contractor in Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia is a tough market for many manufacturers from China since it’s critical requirements for products quality and performance. However, since the development GN Solids Control business in the Middle East, more and more mud cleaning products made by GN Solids Control has becoming popular in the Middle East countries include: Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman etc.

For the packaged mud cleaning unit in Trenchless applications, there are two options from GN Solids Control. One is the self-contained mud cleaning system; the other is the Desanding Plant.

The specifications of the two sets GNMS-500B mud cleaning unit is as below:
Total Handling Capacity: 500GPM
One 20FT mud tank which is divided into 3 compartment.
One GNZS703E-DZ drilling fluid shale shaker
One GNZJ703E-D1S8N mud cleaner with one 10inch desander and eight 4 inch desilter above the shale shaker.
Two GNSB5x6 centrifugal pump for feeding desander and desilter.

The drilling mud feed from the trenchless project mud pit to the shale shaker for the first phase cleaning to remove solids above 100 microns, and one centrifugal pump GNSB6x5 will feed to the second phase desander for cleaning solids above 40 microns, and the second centrifugal pump GNSB6x5 will feed mud from the second compartment of the mud tank and feed to the desilter for removal of solids above 20 microns. The clean drilling fluids will overflow to the third compartment of the tank for reuse in the trenchless drilling rigs.
