Liquid Mud Plant(LMP) is used for dealing with Oil Based Mud (OBM) or Water Based Mud(WBM). The Oil Service company will match the property of drilling mud before starting oil drilling. Meanwhile, the remaining based mud after finish drilling also need to return to Liquid Mud Plant to treat and storage for reuse. Generally, one set Liquid Mud Plant can meet the satisfy for several drilling rig use at the same time.

• Oilfield skid mud tanks, Outside dimension is same as 40ft container (12192X2438X2380mm), 17 nos
• Mud mixing skid with decanter centrifuge, mud hopper, shear pump and centrifugal pump for mixing, 1 nos
• Mud agitator with JIE Brand gearbox, 51 nos
• Mud Gun with 6.4Mpa high pressure, 51 nos.

• The decanter centrifuge is GNLW363BG-VFD decanter centrifuge, the most popular model all over the world.
• The bowl speed of centrifuge can be achieved  from 0 to 3200RPM, containing almost all the needed speed for treating the drilling mud. 
• The GNLW363 series centrifuge is equal to Derrick DE1000 and Swaco 518; Many customer buy from Derrick and Swaco in early years. But they shift to GN Solids Control after they know GN and visit GN headquarter in Beijing, China & GN branch company GN Solids America LLC in Houston, USA.
