13th biennial Moscow International Oil & Gas Exhibition (MIOGE 2015) will be held on 23 - 26 June 2015 at the Epicenter in Moscow, Russia. MIOGE is the largest and best-attended oil and gas trade event in Russia and Central Asia. Over 20,000 local and international visitors attended the previous edition.

1) Drilling mud Decanter centrifuge: GNLW363CG

 

• Centrifuge type: fixed speed (3200rpm/2700rpm/2200rpm) & international high standard centrifuge
• 14 inch big bowl centrifuge; the bowl length is 50inch
• Typical bowl speed can be 3200rpm. G Force 2062@3200rpm; 
• Centrifuge max. Capacity is 30 m3/h hydraulic water test; In respect of drilling mud, the working capacity can be 15 m3/h to 20m3/h, some opening on the conveyor to increase the capacity of the centrifuge. 
• Power consumption: 37kw + 11kw, motor drive with belt

 

The centrifuge application including, but not limited to:

• Solids Control barite recovery, G force@700-1000, bowl speed around 2000rpm;
• Solids control mud weight reduction, G force@1000-2000, bowl speed around 2500rpm;
• Drilling waste management low gravity solids separation, G force@ 1800-2300, bowl speed around 3200rpm;

2) Drilling waste management vertical cuttings dryer: GNCD730D

 

• Vertical cuttings dryer type: fixed speed (900rpm /1200rpm /1500rpm) & international high standard cuttings dryer
• 730mm in screen basket diameter (max.)
• Typical speed can be 900rpm /1200rpm /1500rpm
• Cuttings dryer treating capacity (max.) can be 30 -50tons/h with screen basket opening 0.35mm/0.5mm
• Drying efficiency oil on cuttings (OOC) ≤5%
• Vertical cuttings dryer energy consumption: 37kw + 0.55kw, motor drive with belt

Vertical cuttings dryer application: this equipment generally used for drying treatment of cuttings from shale shaker, desander, desilter or mud cleaner ( combintation of desander & desilter). Centrifuge discharge waste solids cannot be put into vertical cuttings dryer for drying treatment.
