GN Solids Control Service Team went to Turkey and gave instructions on how to connect the equipment reasonably; how to operate the solid control equipment properly. The customer is local strong Turkey drilling company, with many oil well in Turkey and other Europe countries. GN Service Team stay in Turkey for somedays and take back valuable jobsite experience and jobsite data.

GN Big Treating Capcaity Shale Shaker

GNZS853 is the biggest treating capacity shale shaker from GN Solids, with shaker screen area 3.2m3 and treating capacity  615gpm. But in order to meet requirement on 4 panel screen shaker, GN Solids have developed new model, GNZS594. This new model is with 4 panel shaker screen, same size and installation type with Swaco Mongoose. 

For customer having stock Swaco Mongoose shaker screen, can also buy GNZS594 for their usage. The two model shale shaker is exchangeable.

GN Big Bowl Big Capacity Decanter Centrifuge

GNLW553G is big bowl big capacity decanter centrifuge from GN Solids. The bowl diameter is 550mm (22'') and bowl length is 1800mm ( 71'' ). The max treating capacity can reach to 500GPM. Most of this model centrifuge is popular among mud service company, to do drilling waste management, cuttings discharged from shale shaker, mud cleaner.
